How are people added to my launch team? Do I have to find those people myself?
We source your launch team from our platform of over 10,000 entrepreneurs, founders, investors, CEOs, authors, coaches, and book lovers. The number of people who join your launch team will depend on your book and the interest it drives within our platform. It’s also up to you to add more people to the team after our initial push. The best clients put in extra effort to build their team, using our platform as a starting point. The good news is that you don’t need a large launch team to succeed. We try to aim for 300-400 members, but even a team of 50-100 people is okay.

Our basic landing page is meant to add people to your launch team. That’s the only purpose. A pre-launch preorder page is meant to produce sales or revenue in advance of your launch by setting up preorder packages. The preorder page takes more time, which is why it is not included in the basic plan.
Can I repurpose and reuse the landing page after the launch is over?
Yes, you can either commission us to update the page, or we can send you the code and you can update it yourself.
How do I receive emails for people on my launch team?
We set up the infrastructure on our end to collect emails from your custom landing page. We then use automated tools to pass those emails onto you. Once the launch is over, you can put them into your own email system and use them however you want. If you want us to keep running your email marketing, we can, but that would be a separate fee.
How does the Amazon Review Prep system work?
There is a bit of secret sauce here, but here’s how it works in general: We give your launchteam members an ARC (advanced reader copy) of your book prior to the launch. We teach your team members how to leave a review efficiently and in accordance with Amazon’s TOS. We then collect and store reviews before your launch so that team members can simply paste it onto Amazon during your launch week. Important: The Pro service only provides you with the scripts you’ll send to your launch team. You’ll execute the setup and the process in your own email system. With the Premium Package, we’ll input the content into our own system and send the emails on your behalf as your marketing / launch manager. We’ll also manage the process leading up to and during launch week.
What are the email bonus scripts and how does it work?
These are the exact scripts we use for our launches. If you choose the Pro or Deluxe package, you’ll set this up on your end, pasting our scripts into your email software and sending them to your team. So this is a good option if you already have your own email marketing software. If you choose the Premium package, we’ll load the scripts into our internal system and send the emails on your behalf as your Launch Manager. This makes your launch feel more professional and takes some work off your plate.
If I need help with something, can I ask it in the group calls?
Yes. But if it doesn’t get answered live, email it to us and we’ll do our best to get back to you before the next group session.
Does this work for fiction and children's books?

What is the difference between Deluxe and Premium as it relates to the email scripts and automation?
The main difference between the Deluxe Plan vs. the Premium Plan is that on the Deluxe Plan, you’ll need to already have your own email marketing software in order to email your launch team members. In the Premium Plan, we set everything up and send the emails on your behalf as your Launch Manager so you don’t have to worry about it. It also makes your launch feel more professional.
Does the Deluxe package include access to the instructional videos so that I have an understanding of what is being done?

AMA is an acronym for “Ask me anything.” It’s similar to office hours. It will be held once a week at a specified time. The host will be our founder, Jesse Tevelow, or another qualified launch expert on the team. You’ll be able to ask whatever questions you like. We’ll try to answer all of them in the allotted time. If your question wasn’t answered, you can follow up with us via email and we’ll respond to you there.
Do you offer a system for collecting emails that I can use after our collaboration? I'm not referring necessarily to the software (I have mailchimp), but to build a related book product that people will want in exchange for their email.
